About the Role
Join our warm, supportive team at our Williamsburg campus (49 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11249)! We're looking for a caring, responsible, and experienced teacher to nurture children ages 12–18 months in our Montessori environment — helping little ones learn, grow, and thrive every day.
This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position on a supportive, organized team, with real opportunities to grow and make a meaningful impact.
Compensation & Benefits
- $25/hour
- $1,000 annual bonus
- 4 weeks paid time off per year
- Paid holidays and personal days
Requirements
- High school diploma AND 5 years experience working with toddlers (ages 1-2 years)
- OR 12 credits towards Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education AND 2 years minimum experience with this age group in a childcare setting
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Organized, responsible, and passionate about early childhood education
- Professional, polite communication with parents
- Ability to plan and lead age-appropriate, engaging activities
Preferred
- Degree in Early Childhood Education (from any country), or currently enrolled in an ECE program
- CDA certificate
