Lead Preschool Teacher (2-3 Year Olds)
Urgently hiringKinder Prep Montessori is seeking a passionate, energetic, and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our Williamsburg team. In this role, you will lead a classroom of children ages 2–3 and create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports their social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and enthusiastic about early childhood education. This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced educator who enjoys collaborating with families and colleagues while making a meaningful impact during an important stage of children's development.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 9 college credits toward an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and at least five years of experience working in an early childhood education center
- OR an associate degree in Early Childhood Education and at least two years of experience working in an early childhood education center
- Experience planning and leading age-appropriate activities for young children
- Fluency in English
- Strong classroom-management and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A professional and respectful approach to communicating with families
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Reliability, patience, warmth, and a genuine passion for early childhood education
